Capture 9.1 Problem with tethering
A strange thing happened today. After updating (or upgrading?) from CO 9.0.3 to CO 9.1 and upgrading my working session, tethering does not work correctly anymore.
Let me explain. I'm on Win 7 Enterprise and the only thing that has changed is the installation of CO 9.1. I use a Nikon D810 for digitization work and always shoot tethered. Never a problem.
The curious thing is that the Nikon is still recognized as attached to the machine and to CO. I can also activate (shoot) from within CO. But, the image name gets changed under the hood into something like ~312.NEF (which is not the file name CO should give it on loading according to my specifications), and does not load in CO. Only after a manual import.
I checked the camera settings. Nothing changed there. I deleted the camera and the drivers from Windows, and reinstalled them. To no avail. Did also an uninstall and reinstall of CO, by the way.
Has anyone encountered this behavior?

Christophe,
We'll see what they come up with. Otherwise, we'll just have to sit it out till the next update (or later). 😎
As I wrote in the other thread, in the meantime I work with Nikon Camera Control Pro while tethering.
