I cannot see the accept button in import window
When updated to 7.1.5 I have lost the botton buttons in the import window. It is, the buttons are there, "under" the screen. To see it I have to change the orientation of the screen from horizontal to vertical (in the screen configuration of the system, not in C1).
This did not happened in previous versions of C1 (as C1 7.1.4) so it is not a problem withmy computer (laptop 17'').
¿Any suggestion?

Can you resize the window to make the button visible? 0 -
I had a similar problem which was resolved.See post "Problem with version 7.1.4" below which was resolved by lowering the DPI setting on my laptop screen. 0 -

No, The button remains out of the screen. That is the problem. This did not happened in 7.1.4 is new in 7.1.50 -
No. No way. I have changed the resolution to the max, 1366x768 , and the button stay away from the screen.
In 7.1.4 it did not happens, only in 7.1.50 -

It is - probably - DPI related, resolution related. See earlier post in this thread.0 -

For me, V6 or V7, the import window has always opened, by default, as a smaller than screen size window in the centre of the screen and I usually leave it that way as I require nothing more.
It sounds like for you it is opening full screen by default. Or maybe larger? Do you have the Windows Task Bar at the bottom of your screen? Is it set to Auto Hide? Is it the Task Bar that is covering the buttons or are they even further off the screen area?
I have tried all the likely ways I can think of here but the import screen is always set (or reset) within the working area of the screen.

Larger. The import window is larger than the screen.

I remove the task bar and the buttons remains out of screen.

No. It is not the problem. As I said I can remove the task bar and the "done" buttons stay out of the screen.

That all still sounds very odd. I have tried some extreme things, changing the screen resolution, 90 rotation and so on, but none of them caused the limits you have described.
Can you post a screen shot? Sometimes a picture provides a clue that a description might miss.
Have you tried re-installing? It sounds like some sort of default setting might be wrong for the position or size of the Import Window. If so it might correct with a re-install.
If neither of the above produce a good solution then I would make a support case with C1 to see what their technical helpers can suggest

Please reference the release notes of the software.
It does not seem specific to resolution but rather to the dpi ruling.
Please change your system to the supported 96dpi.

Paco - the route to adjust DPI setting in Windows 7 is:Control Panel>Adjust Screen Resolution>Make text and other items larger or smaller, you then need to play with the % to get a balance between revealing the missing button and having text at a size you can comfortably read-hope this helps! 0 -

Thanks Tim, that is. I have changed the size of the fonts to small and now I can see the lost buttons.
THink this: I have no problem with this computer and CO v6, only in the CO v7.
I have reinstaled the program, (no fix), reinstalled the system (format hard drive, reinstall all the software). I have worked for this 3 months in lightroom, making the catalogues in lightroom 5 and then importing it to CO v 7.
¿Can somebody return to what in CO 6 did not problem with the size of the fonts?0
