  Adobe is now providing a DNG Converter version 8.6 RC (beta) which will handle the D810. You could download it, convert to DNG, and then use Capture One Pro 7 on the DNG file. I believe there are two formats of DNG and to read it in C1P7 you have to choose the older format.
