    Is this a new computer?
    Possibly running a Intel HD Graphics 4600?

    If so then you may be experiencing an issue with the graphic driver which Intel is aware of. Updating the driver and/or changing the computer preference to use a separate graphic card (if present) are likely the only solutions.
    If you need specific help feel free to create a support case and we can point you in the right direction but ultimately it is an Intel Issue and they should be contacted... assuming that the above two questions are answered with a "yes" of course 😉
