C1 don't recognized my camera eos 5d

C1 don't recognized my camera eos 5d and I can't load download it. with a canon 110s either. ¿anyone with some idea? 🤬

One more question, it's posible import photos from iPnone?

    Make sure you are running the non-Sony full pro version, not the DB version. The iPhone can not shoot tethered into Capture One and I am not sure if the importer will see the phone as a camera or mass storage. You would always have the option of taking the image files from the phone and dropping them into a folder and pointing Capture One to it. Make sure that you have the ability to edit jpegs on in the preferences and give it a shot.

    I think you try to import images from your camera (5D) into Capture One. This is not supported. Use a card reader or the Image Capture program that came with your Mac.

    Firs, thanks for the answer. I downloaded the only versión that I can see in the site. http://www.phaseone.com/es-es/Downloads ... One-8.aspx

    But after review the versión i can verify that DB versión was installed. I looking for other versión but i can see it in the site. The file name for install is CaptureOne.Mac.8.0.1-d8c4.dmg.

    thanks for the suggestion about iphone, I thought I could download the files directly from the iphone as I do in Lightroom 5 .

    About the JPEG, the versión 8 have the “editing option†“make new files have write permission for all processing engine : †I set and unset this option before capture the files but don’t work.

    please can you help me.

    Thanks Paul, I uploaded the images from a folder after download the images from the 5D to mac with “Image Captureâ€. All ok, but the images continue not being editable , I thought this was only with JPEG files but also occurs with RAW . I guess I should have some configuration problem . Any help ?

    If you are running in Trial mode I would expect that you will be asked which option of the application you want to use when you start C1. There is only one download file for all of them.

    Unless you need the Sony only version I think you should choose "Pro". The DB version is for Phase One (and family) medium format backs.
