This is just a forum for users, so you would need to contact Phase One directly through their website.
There are a lot of good tutorial videos on their YouTube channel, but mostly in English and some in German.

The Leica C-Lux is a new camera as I understand?
I think you will find that Capture One will support this camera when the developers have had a chance to test one in their laboratory and create the settings required for best possible results.
It may be a few more weeks before such an update is available.0 -

After at least 6 months Capture One does not recognize ARW files from Leica C-Lux. They also don't have correction for the Nikon Z lens. Luminar, a $69 program does most of the adjustments in C1 and does read the ARW files. They seem to care more about function rather than developing relatively useless styles which you can easily do yourself, at no cost. 0
