Had a look at your image. Turning off the Focus Mask should do the trick. Not a Fuji one.

- In the icons at the right top, the rectangle with the plus shaped fields in it, on the left
- Menu - View - Hide Focus Mask

Ah, so many errors by turning by mistake focus mask, should some warning at least on turning on.

The 'Show Focus Mask' icon turns orange when active. No need for a warning.

Stil looks for many users, like a problem, and warnings may be disabled.
