Small changes....please? pretty please?

1. Can I have the equivalent of a lightroom 'X' key to mark files for deletion? I'm uneasy using the number keys for this, I make mistakes. The 'X' key is easy in LR.

2. PLEASE can you turn off (or provide an option to turn off) the pop up 'export complete' box when exporting variants. It has to be dismissed before proceeding, and if you're exporting one variant at a time, it's a right royal pain.

  At the bottom of the Export Image dialog, in the "OPTIONS" section, uncheck the "Notify when Completed" check box.

  You can perhaps mark files for deletion with the red flag. By default that is applied with the - (minus) key. But you could customise it to the x key instead if you preferred.

  Why don't you directly delete them instead of marking them? Just press the delete key or possibly command & delete key. Note that this will not work when you have an Album selected. This just removes the image from the Album and you'll have to go find it later. Hence, I guess why you try to mark them.
  
  Instead, create a Project and drop the Album inside of it and select the Project when culling. Selecting any of the Catalog Collections works too but might be less practical. Personally, since I have my files referenced, I select the actual folder under "Folders" where they are stored. Any of those options work, just remember not to have an Album selected when trying to delete.
