A file shows no curves in the histogram

I was going through files from a shoot. All looked ok originally, but as I went back through them, one file looked washed out. I looked at the histogram and it's blank--no curves at all. What can I do to fix the file?

The files is probably not a RAW, it is probably a jpg and by that not editable in Capture One.

Good suggestion, but I went back just now. The file is a RAW NEF file.

Can you post it with a file that is working properly? Or upload it with a support case to Phase One.
