I am sorry, i know the questions has been asked before.
Can some one tell me why my new install of C1 wants to verify itself and ask permission to open every time I use it?

Look in the CO logs and see what it writes in them.
You can find them in your user /Library/Logs/CaptureOneXX.logs
Is the account you are using an admin on the Mac or do you have a separate admin account?0 -

There's no reason for CO (or for any app) to ask for verification each time you launch it. Did you install it right (i.e. open the .dmg then drag&drop the app icon itself (not the .dmg) to your /Applications folder) ? 0 -
John is right here. There is a new security "feature" in Sierra that insists that when applications are installed by drag & drop, it must be done using Finder. I've been caught out by this several times. 0
