Activation Code Suddenly is not valid !!!!

My Activation Code is suddenly not valid !!!!

Is it possible for someone to help look into why my both my codes are not working anymore?


With my code I had a deal with free upgrades. Even my older versions of Capture One don't work anymore.

This is effecting my workflow. I need to get this sorted out ASAP

  What does the activation manager on your account show you?
  
  Have you got a new activation key for a V12 upgrade? If so use that for earlier versions.
  
  Create a Support Case to get help from the Support Team. Best done sooner rather than later.
