Nikon NEF files import with wrong dimensions

Trying out Media Pro and noticed that all my NEF raw files import with the wrong dimensions. They are smaller than they should be. This incorrect size effects the previews and is also carried through to any exported files.

This happens if a direct import or via Capture One Pro 7

Windows 7 64bit
Media Pro 1.4

    This could be lens correction being applied automatically - I had this problem with C1 Pro v7.

    Hi Kevin,

    No lens correction involved, and the reduction is the same for all images from the same camera model.
    So a D3s reports one set of incorrect dimensions and a D3x another.

    Dimensions do show correctly in C1 Pro 7.

    Imported the same images into Expression Media and sizes are correct also. Very odd.

    Had a response from technical support informing me that this is a known bug in the Windows version of Media Pro.

    Did they tell you when they fix it. It's very sad that PO is not able to provide a working version of this thing.
    Always new bugs, this was working in previos versions as all my Nikon NEFs were in correct dimensions. Now I have the same error you have.

    It does seem since Phase One took it over it has continually been one step forward and two steps back with what few updates they have done! ☹️

    While i think features like this should work (and they are actually not that difficult), i don't see what's the big problem that this one is a bit "crooked".

    It seems by the way, that the mac version does this as well, at least i immediately recognized it.
