I am trying a few solutions.
Is it possible that the option "output for the monitor" works also on the colors?

It usually comes down to your external viewer not being color-managed. What application are you viewing the resulting images in?

You might want to check the color profile your recipe uses?

I went down this rabbit hole, and after nearly loosing my sanity, it seemed to be a bug with Photoshop.

I use DisplayCal injecting a calibration LUT in the GPU driver (Nvidia). Switched back and forth between system colour profiles and LUTs so many times in a row that Photoshop (using embedded profile) started displaying the same image as Capture One.

I tried a couple managed image viewers before that final swearing session and they did match Capture One, pointing the finger at Photoshop.
