Multiple sessions are opening, I just need the actual one

Hello all,

how can I prevent CO from opening the sessions that have been used in the past? When opening one session I want to work on the last three that I worked on will open as well. That always takes a lot of time before all thumbnails are loaded and the system is ready to go. I already looked in the settings but I can not find the box I need to untick (if there's one). Does anybody have an idea?

  (1) When you close Capture One down, close each session one by one until there is only one left, then close the app.
  
  (2) In Preferences, in the General tab, uncheck the box that says that Catalogs and Sessions open in a new window. If you uncheck that box, then when another session or catalog is opened, the previous one will close. (Unless, of course, you actually want to have more than one open at once.)

  Start Capture with the Option Key pressed. A menu will appear allowing you to select catalogs and sessions be be opened.
