Loading/unloading Problem

Hi, I'm a recent purchaser, but a problem has now arisen. When I load the program, I get an error message- An item with the same key has been added, at Systems Throwhelper etc etc......Session database could not be read, error
Then another message- Session database could not be read, error....
And it defaults to My Computer (in the file tree).
The program works fine then, but when I exit it says- SQlite error. Cannot commit transaction.... SQL statements in progress....
I have tried reinstallation but no change, in case I had deleted something in error.
Can anybody help?

    Hiya Don,

    You beat me to this. I was going to post a response here to see if any other user got this.

    I know the exact thing you're talking about. The error comes up on program execute and on exit.

    I think it is best you contact PhaseOne direct support. If it helps, do a screen capture of both the errors and attach and send to PhaseOne.

    Hi,

    This is generally an error associated with the Capture One.col file located at:

    My Documents\\My Pictures\\Capture One Library\\Capture One.col

    Delete the file and see if that does not solve you problem. If not create a support case and we can look into possible permissions issues on your system.
