Reported Issues To Support - Capture One 4.5 PRO
I wasn't sure exactly how or what to put into the subject line of this post. But as a Pro who is and has run CO Pro 3 in the past I think we should all work together to help and assist anyway possible with issues that are coming up. I too have loaded CO 4.5 and personally love the new layout and options we now have available.
Lets all post the issues we have reported to support and keep a list. It would be good for all of us I believe. I would like to know myself if there is an issue I haven't run across but will. I could modify my workflow so I don't have to deal with it.
Issues I've post:
1. The custom toolbar is not allowing me to modify it. I can't change from icon to icon/text and vise versa. "Support contacted me back and was able to reproduce this issue and is aware of it."
2. When going from thumbnail preview, to thumbnail preview the software is hesitating and acting sluggish. "Support is aware of this and working on it"
Just two I wanted to share. Look forward to seeing what other people have reported.
