Help Needed - Control the counter in Batch Rename

I'm trying to do a batch rename of my captured files but I'm not able to set the counter to start at specific number. According to the online manual, I should be able to do this but I can't find "Set Batch Rename Counter".

I see the "Reset Rename Counter" in the Counters menu under the Edit menu but that just resets the counter to 1. I need to set the counter to a specific number and have a batch rename change the name of my files sequentially starting with the number I choose.

Here's what the online manual for Capture One 9 states regarding batch renaming:

Control the counter in Batch Rename
Select the images that you want to rename.
Choose File>Batch Rename Images...
Click on the action […] menu.
Select Set Batch Rename Counter to set the starting number.
Select Set Batch Rename Counter Increment to control the increment of the Counter.
Press the Rename button.

Any help figuring this out would be much appreciated.

  In the 'Batch Renaming' pop-up window, choose the 3 dots in the top right corner. Then use 'Set Rename Counter' to set the start value. A dialog will appear and ask you to 'Enter the desired counter value'.
