? marks appear when attempting to process.....
When attempting to process, question marks appear on the left of the attempted processed files (Won't process any of these files). This happens ALMOST every time I attempt to process.......what might I be doing wrong? (BTW, after restarting the program, and deleting the queue, and starting all over, they DO process (PIA:)

Mark,
The ? means that the software cannot find the file. If the files are where the software THINKS they are, but when it comes time to process the software can't FIND them, then I would think your files are on an external drive or network drive that is having issues with access.
I think the best way to sort out what is happening is to create a support case and get details to one of our Supporters.0 -
Drew, hi thx for responding, I am NOT on a network when processing my files. After correcting my files, I attempt to process them, and more often than not, I get the question marks to the left of each file in the process tab. This is frustrating😡. To right the ship, I have to delete all files with QM's beside them, and then reprocess (PIA). Any suggestions? My MBP is configured as in my original post. 0 -

I get a similar thing from time to time. Often it's at the start of a second or third folder of raw files in my process queue. It can be frustrating when dealing with a large shoot that has hopes of seeing jpegs overnight. More memory has helped, but not eliminated this problem. 0 -
Im MAXED out with memory .........my 1st post tells my specs........... 0 -

Mark,
No need to continuously bump the post, please simply take the advice previously provided and create a support case for a speedy resolution.0 -
No problem Drew, by your initial response, You assumed I was on a network. I responded that I wasn't on a network, and then bumped it back up twice. If you have another suggestion, plz give it.
I will now go to my room and wait on your response(take your time, its not life or death😊0 -
