Canon Camera Software issues
Hi The newest version of capture one pro 6.4.2 and 6.4.4 do not seem to work with my canon 1ds mark 111 when teathered,it seems to drop out and then i have to restart the software. Can you tell me which version of the software from the previous versions way back are suitable. I need to get a copy and reload on my system and where can i download the appropriate version from please. This is urgent. Thanks Andrew Furlong. andrew@furlongphoto.com Australia.

I am having this same problem with both 5D make II and III. I am shooting tethered to a Mac Laptop using Capture One. If I disconnect the USB tether cable from the Camera (Mark II or III) and then reconnect the cable to the camera I get a 'Camera can not be reconnected' message. The program can not attach to the camera again unless the entire program is restarted.
Can I solve this connection issue and how?
