Export Token Bug *not the token render problem*
Hello,
OS X 10.10.3 2013 Mac Pro 6 core/D700s/32Gb
When setting up export tokens to create a folder hierarchy by date, the export process doesn't follow the pattern established. For example:
Image Year (yy) / Image Month (mm) / Image Day (dd)
Should create a folder: 15/04/05 for April 5th photos. However, the export folders contain images from the previous day as well (from April 4th, 15/04/04). This has to be a bug.
Any thoughts?
Alex

Can we get a support case with the files in question? - I'll be happy to investigate the issue. 0 -
I submitted but did not hear back - hence the reason for pinging the forum. Also the form will not let me attach a sample file as requested. The ticket# is 175867 0 -

Did you get a reference number?
If not the submission may have failed for some reason.
15/04/05 would create a folder hierarchy if my understanding is correct
So you would see
15/04/04
/05
If you see files from day 04 in the day 05 folder that would be a signs of a problems BUT you may need to double check which date field you are using just in case the values it contains are not those you were expecting. You may have done this but it's not clear and certain based on your description.
My second thought is to do with time zone offsets and comparison to system date settings but until the date in use has been checked it's not worth the time to try and discuss what can sometime be a very complicated matter.
There are other possible causes I guess - but lets start there (and check that you actually have a Support Case created ...
