Image preview incorrect

I just imported some images and videos. The image preview is incorrect. It shows a completely different image in the small "thumbnail" at the lower portion of the screen. However, when selected the large image is correct. Any ideas about why this is occuring and how to fix it? Thank you

  Interestingly, if I flag the image, then move to the next image, it corrects itself. Odd. Still would like to know why it occurs and if I can prevent it from happening in the future since it takes time to correct.

  This is typically a (slightly) corrupt session database file, which you can fix via File > Verify Catalog or Session. Alternatively, if you are seeing it often you could just select all the images and hit File > Regenerate Previews. This will trash the .cops that are already generated and force Capture One to redraw the previews.
