Hi,

1. While tethering to capture one, is there anyway to turn on the camera live view on the camera LCD screen? Once connected it seems to be disabled and the only live view is through CO.

2. Is there any way to save a copy of the file in the camera memory card?

  Unfortunately the answer to both is No.
  Either of these options require we (Capture One) have access to the Camera's firmware to control it's actions. Sadly we do not, we only have limited access to what Nikon provides us through their SDK.

  its me again. is there a work around you know if i require to shoot with live view on the camera and then transfer the files to capture one for viewing?
  
  any better way other than physically transferring the memory card to the computer? some sort of a import function?

  Nothing practical comes to mind. If the Camera Mounted as a MSD then Capture One can import from the CF card, or you can use something like Image Capture to import with the camera connected. But again, nothing comes to mind that is clean and easy.
