Is the trial version different from the paid version? I'm trying to set up work spaces and have the various tools on the RH side of the screen, but there doesn't seem to be a way to add other tools by R clicking the mouse and choosing which tools I want. R click seems to be disabled.

    There is no difference.
    Make sure that the space that you are clicking on is a open space and occupied by a tool.

    You can also use View -> Add tool to...
