EM Reader and hierarchical keywords

I've been using Expression Media for a few months and didn't realize their was a free reader for it until Phase One purchased EM and put the reader on their download page (thanks Phase One). I was testing the reader today; my hierarchical keywords do not showing up in the reader, in fact the entire field seems to be missing. From the user's guide it looks like hierarchical keywords are supported by the reader; am I missing something?

  I just tested the reader application on my Mac and it works just fine - note though that Hierarchical Keywords isn't really a 'field' as such - are you definitely going to the right place? Organize pane then pull the Hierarchical Keywords panel up from the bottom.

  Thanks for checking and replying to my message Chris. I am going to correct place, the Organize pane, but I don't see Hierarchical Keywords on the bottom. For that matter, I realize that I also don't see the Catalog Folders in the Reader. Does the List Configuration button work in your Reader Chris? It doesn't work for me, I had thought I maybe had a something unchecked, but I cannot check to be sure.
  
  This is sounding more like a tech support issue rather then me just missing something obvious.

  Firstly, the catalog reader doesn't show catalog folders so that's why you're not seeing them. They don't really make sense if you think about distributing catalogs to other people - those folders don't exist on other people's computers so that's why you don't see them.
  
  Regarding the missing hierarchical keywords, they are a recent addition to the product, are you using the right version of the catalog reader?

  I also think it's a version issue. Hierarchical keywords were introduced in EM 2 so you also have to upgrade the reader to version 2 as well.

  I am running (Microsoft) Expression Media 2 Service Pack 2 version 2.0.2096.0 and (Microsoft) Expression Media Reader version 2.0.1631.0. As far as I know these are the newest version of both pieces of software, if this isn't the case please let me know, that would certainly explain the issue I am experiencing.
