Capture-U subscription key

Hi!
Have purchased promoted Capture One 5PRO, including free Capture-U key. - How to get that Capture-U subscription produkt key?
Mail from Capture-U: 'Please contact Phase One. The promotion is through Phase One. ...You need a subscription product key that starts with DKJA and is about 20 alphanumeric characters. It looks like they did not send you the subscription product key.'

please give me a tip.

    It should however be on the same mail as the product key for Capture One if you bought it as a bundle.

    I have just upgraded 26 Sept to 5pro. Like you capture-u was offered as a free bonus and my purchase confirmation email has along with my product key for 5pro the statement "please find your capture-u key enclosed" No sign of it on the email or a reply yet from support (I raised a case) either. My experience of support cases re. technical issues has always been good, but still nothing after some days.

    Just so there is no confusion, as of September 25th 2010 the promotion for a free Capture U key ended.
    Any order made after that date DID NOT come with a Capture U Key.

    However, through an internal error the automated script that included the key you purchased also included the language that was used during the Capture U Key. As such it may appear as though you were supposed to receive a Capture U key but none was present. Once this automated script was reported it was removed.
    If you purchased a Capture One key and received the automated script reporting your Capture U key but nothing was present, please check the date of purchase. If it was after the 25th of September then the Capture U promotion had ended and you received this script in error.
