Capture One 12 license key disabled
After buying the C1P v11 to v12 uopgrade on 30 oct I could activate v12 online with the licens key I got and it worked perfectly, but today I got the message license key deactivated and and when I tried to do it manual/off line I got the message :
PRODUCTKEY_DISABLED. Please contact Phase One support.
Please help me because I want also to upgrade to v20 asap

You could download version 20 straight away and use it in 30-days trial mode. Meanwhile you could put in a support case and get your license key issue resolved.

Just enter the new Capture One 20 key, that will re enable your 12 version. 0 -

By using it I could reactivate v12 and then activate v20 on both my PC and my laptop.
Problem solved.
