C1 v4.1 Not running- all menu choices disabled-

I have uploaded the software- I currently can run C1 Pro 3.7.9, but I can NOT run C1 v4.o the menu options are greyed out, although it says I have a valid activated license, which is very frustrating. All menu functions are blocked out- none of the buttons work and it locks up.

Any thoughts? It would be nice to actually speak to somebody on the phone or skype, as opposed to lengthy emails.

  This can occur if you open TIFF or JPEG files in CO4, which you cannot adjust therefore disabling all buttons. Check that if you have opened raw files this changes.

  Wow- Bizzaro! I would have never thought of that! That did fix it! Thanks, I owe you a beer for this one, but i'd prefer to drink it in your country-
