Choosing a 2011 Mac Mini

I am currently running on a 3yo MBPro 2.4 GHz core 2 duo.
I think I need more processing power to run Capture One Pro 6
I am about to buy a Mac Mini for this purpose, the choice is between a:
2.7 GHz Dual core i7 with an AMD Radeon 6630M Graphics processor
and a:
2.0 GHz Quad core with an intel HD Graphics 3000 (this is the server type).
I know that the Quad core outperforms the dual core i7.
However I don't know if the Capture One makes efficient use of the AMD chip that could compensate for
the lower processong speed of the dual core.
Any suggestions? Benchmarks of Capture One Pro 6 on these types of machines?
Any input is appreciated.

  Yes, I have been there, thanks for pointing me to it anyway, however it confused me a bit.
  Sysyphus discusses the lack of support for the graphics chip and he is pointing to the knowledgebase article 1720:
  
  However I find this line in that article:
  AMD Mobility Radeon 6900, 6800, 6700, 6600 Series incl. AMD Radeon HD 6750M (MacBook PRO 8,2)
  in the list of supported chip sets for use with CL.
  So support could have been added in the mean time.
  It is also a possibility that support for the GPU is still a bit flakey at this point.
  So I may be better off with the straight preformance increase that the quad core promises.
  I could of course ask a question in that topic, but it has not been posted to for almost two months.
