how do i change liciencing for my computer?
i can't find a way to directly talk to anyone at phase one.
i have been trying for the last few days to figure that out.
the website does not give you that option which i think is a major flaw in the site.
i have a licence to install capture one pro software on 2 computers
i did that on my desktop tower and my laptop.
well my laptop died and it went back to apple so i no longer have it anymore.
apple replaced it with a new laptop last week.
i could not cancel or transfer my licence when the laptop died because it did not work.
i have my new laptop and installed the software. i cannot activate it because it says i have activated 2 computers already but i can't get a hold of anyone at phase one to cancel the my old laptop activation and activate the new one.
does anyone know how to get a hold of them?
i have been very frustrated .
i emailed them last friday.
there is no phone number on the website to call
the technical support has not emailed me back on how to do this.
it has been 7 days now.
their customer support bites.
not a happy customer. ☹️

i did this the first day but no one replied except for the automated response
