Problem: "The mask is incompatible with the variant"
#help
Hi everyone,
So here's the scenario:
Im in a session with 6 images, all with same shooting settings so Im working in one to replicate the adjustments to the others, everything goes smooth but the last image, it doens't copy the set of layers - it shows an Events pop up saying
"Could not apply local mask"
Description: The mask is incompatible with the variant
I had all checked, deleted and imported the image again, but nothing solves that and I had to go manually and replicate the entire adjustment set. That's not the first time it happened.
Does someone has any solution for that?
Thankss!

Do you happen to have images from different cameras in that session? 0 -
Same problem here: two different cameras > copy adjustments w/layers > paste > only background layer are paste and i have error window "could not apply local mask". How paste all adjustments (between two cameras RAW)? [C1 PRO 12] 0 -
The trouble is that unless the images are identical pixel sizes, the mask from one won’t fit the other.

Is any quick solution/trick/way to do it? 0 -

I have experienced this issue frequently.
the work around I have used is to once you are happy with one image, save settings as a style then apply to the rest of th batch.
its certainly not ideal as doesn't have the flexibility of layers but its better than nothing.0
