Capture One, storage catalog in cloud and local copy?

Is it any good cloud solution for C1 catalog.
For the moment I use Resilio Sync and previous I hade storaged C1 catalogs in Dropbox.
It has almost worked well.

But, I have to have a full local and cloud copy of the catalog.

Is it any cloud storage of the full C1 catalog and where you can have a local catalog with low resolutions photos and
just download a full resolutions local editing copy of photo when needed.
