"No Enabled Recipes" error in CapOne "Standard" for Mac
Hi, I am trying to test drive the standard version of 5 on my Mac and I get an error message if I try and process.
It tells me that "There are no enabled recipes to process" and that I must enable at least one recipe. Well be blowed if I can find how to enable the recipe?
If I restart in Pro, I see the Recipe list at the top of the recipe panel and can easily create new ones and they process just fine. However in the standard version there is no recipe list.... I assume that this is correct and that the standard version does not have the function for multiple recipes, but surely the existing basic recipe should be enabled and process just like in v4?
Sorry it I am just having a dumb morning or have a missed an existing post on this (it's quite likely, as I have not had my second coffee yet) but thanks in advance for your help.
Cheers
Rusty.

Support has got back to me and it seems that Cap5 can get a little confused if you jump from the pro trial to the standard one....
"Rusty,
I think the issue stems from the use of both PRO and Non-PRO on the same machine, back and forth.
Capture One non-PRO is likely running off the same plist file and session file so some small hicup in the system tries to treat it as PRO, although it isn't.
Close the software and then I suggest deleting the default session, User>Pictures>Capture One Library>Capture One.col50, and the preference file, User>Library>Preferences>com.phaseone.captureone.plist.
From there you should be set.
Kind Regards,
Phase One Support"
This solved my problem. 😊0 -

Did you try deleting the files as suggested above? Did you install v5 into a new location or into the old v4 location? If installed into the same location as 4, those files listed might be getting confused between 4 & 5 ? 0 -
BRILL, it works, thank you. 0 -
Funny thing..
I dont have no preference file on my computer..
Maybe that is the reason why i dont have any problems.. haha.
Any Idea??
Imac 3.06GHZ
Snow Leopard
C1pro5.0
EDIT:
Stupid me.. always had a desktop link before to delete it.
Of course it is not in the system but in the user library 😊0
