C1 does not see Processed folder.
When I tried to batch queue a session I got the following message; 'Can not write processed image. The output folder does not exist. The batch queue has been stopped. Create a process folder for this session, then re-enable the batch queue'
I have now created processed folders 3 times and created new sessions 4 times and I still get the same message.
What has gone wrong?
I have managed to use C1 successfully for many, many sessions and cannot think why this has happened now.

Are you perhaps trying to do this on an external drive? I had similar problems when doing that, until I discovered that the solution was to check 'Ignore ownership on this volume' for that disk. Click on the disk icon and choose 'Info'. The checkbox is all the way on the bottom. See if that helps. 0
