Help with catalogues/projects/albums..........
Hi there
I am completely new to Capture One but have made the transition to speed up my workflow, for consistency, use of each with exporting various file formats and size, etc.
I have researched catalogues, projects, groups, albums, etc extensively and their differences but I'm still struggling to understand the need for each and how I should use them. I think I may have fried my brain trying to understand it when I'm sure it's very simple in reality.
Could someone please explain the need for each and how you should use them in layman's terms?
Currently I work for multiple clients with multiple projects for each. I shoot tethered and untethered in both studio and on location across a range of genres.
In future I would like to be able to search a specific genre across a range of projects and clients. I understand I can do this with Smart Albums or so I believe.............
Any help or pointers would be very gratefully received.
Thanks in advance!
