canon 5dm4 color and saturation

    It's likely that you have the adjustments set as defaults for the camera. Under the Exposure tool's dropdown menu at the top right, reset it all back to 0 and then select Save as Defaults for Canon 5d mk IV.

    The green is a strange one, though without seeing a screenshot my guess is that it's the Focus Mask. Check that it's not enabled under the View menu. If it is, select View > Hide Focus Mask.
