carbonstuff bug
Is PhaseOne planning on doing anything about the carbonstuff bug with OSX?
From day one, any time I use Media Pro, Drive Genius puts up an alert box saying that the invisible prefs file ".com.carbonstuff.apple.plist" has been corrupted.
This means that every time I use Media Pro I have to follow up by using the terminal to reveal the file, trash it, then hide the files again, or I have to run Drive Genius.

I've asked this question via tech support a couple of times. I never received a response.
I see that Media Pro is no longer on their software list and there is no upgrade path from Media Pro to Media Pro SE, which means that if Media Pro SE does not have this bug, it would cost the full retail price of $189 for a basic license in order to get past the carbonstuff bug.
The fact that they never did anything about this bug over the past TWO YEARS and that they never responded to tech support requests – this indicates a certain perspective that PhaseOne has in regard to its paying customers.0
