No thumbnail for MPEG-4 AVC Coding

I export from PP to a UHD MPEG-4 AVC Coding. The thumbnails for this codec is black. I ended up having to create h264.mov proxy files to keyword. It's a problem. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.
