Edited Images losing their settings....?
Windows 10 x64
I have NEVER seen this before.
I have a selection of images that I edited yesterday.
In the thumbnails, they are clearly as they should look exactly as they should.
As I scroll down through them, some appear exactly as they should with all their edits intact.
But, some of them appear with their edits from all the edit tabs EXCEPT the Exposure tab and Lens tab, all of which have reverted to zero.
I just reedited some of them, closed and reopened the program - same problem.
Hours of work gone West.
What is happening here?!
Thanks.

Using the Reset All Settings arrow button at the top of the screen seems to have sorted the problem.
Edits seem to be sticking to the problem files again.
We shall see.

The effect of fixing this problem has been to slow down C1 10 greatly.

I have the exact same problem. It originally appeared on 10.1.2. I've updated to 10.2.1, but the problem persists. This is a *major* issue that renders Capture One useless. As the original post mentioned, many hours of edits have been erased and/or do not persist to the next time the program is loaded. (I'm using sessions, for what it's worth.)
Has there been no fix for this issue?0 -
I haven’t had the problem since I posted above on either 10 or 11.
It’s been a while, but I seem to remember it having something to do with the Windows Fall update. (Can’t remember for sure though)
Are your Windows and all other drivers up to date?

This has to do with Windows 10 Fall Creators edition.
You need to use Capture One 10.2.1 for compatibility with this update.0
