Having a problem with rotation and the Canon 1Ds II ...
Seems that when i use CO to rotate my .CR2 from the Canon 1Ds mark 2 I go ahead and use the rotation tool and then crop to the desired size..however the resulting develop has black area on the diagonal corners and has not followed my crop...in addition when i check the process settings tab after i have put in the rotation and crop the process settings show a huge number for height and width...
if i then go ahead and save my work settings and delete the collection and then reload the the folder of images then all seems to work OK....the process height and width are what they should be and resulting develop is as it should be...
have you any info on this problem...I would prefer not to have to constantly delete the collection and then reload!
Thanks
Stan

You can create a support case at http://support.phaseone.com and upload a raw file there.
I think this may be a bug in the software. If my faulty memory serves I think I had the same problem just recently.
When you create the case upload the image please let us know if the problem occured when you were outputing to Tiff or Jpeg or both.
Thanks
Eric0
