Missing CaptureOne Session

Hi,

Having just re-installed Capture One 64bit on my W7 machine it now will not run....instead I get a missing captureone session box which comes up.

So i create a new session and it says session database could not be read error.

I would be very grateful for some urgent help on this....

  I suggest to both remove the default session file (CaptureOne.col50) and the user preference file (user.config). For details see the knowledge base article

  and zoom in on step 5 and 6. Next, start CO6 again.
