Can't import JPeg's or Tiff images from my desktop.
Since I installed Capture Pro 8, I'm not able to import any other pictures from my desktop. They are all shown as grey. I have already checked settings and the boxes for allowing to edit Jpegs and Tiff's are already boxed.

Have updated to CO 8.0.2 already? It might help.
If this does not help, can you tell anything about the origin of the JPEG and TIFF files?0 -
I just installed Phase One Express. First time working with a desktop tool. When trying to import an image the software does not see any of the jpegs in my computer. It does see the folders though.
If I import a session, it sees the jpeg but I get a message that the jpegs are not a valid file and cannot be imported.
Do I need to change any of the setups, or it only works with RAW?
