'You can select all images and then use the Keyboard Shortcut to "Increase Exposure".
This will increase Exposure by 0.1

    (1) There are existing presets to add + 1 EV, and to subtract -1 EV. You can create user presets for say + 0.33 EV, +0.67 EV and for -0.33 EV and -0.67 EV.

    (2) You then select all the images you want to adjust by the same amount. Make sure that the button for "edit selected variants" is selected. Then choose the preset you want - perhaps +0.33 EV - and it will be applied to all the selected images. If you want another third of a stop for some of them, select those ones and use the 0.67 EV preset.

    Thanks!

I think I'll take the "presets-method"... Which calls for my next question:
Is there a way to assign a shortcut to a preset?

I'm sorry if these questions seem obvious, I couldn't find the answers yet (google), maybe I'using the wrong terminology...

    Regarding the presets...

It seems that +0.3EV is always +0.3EV?
    Suppose I've got three photo's, -0.4 , +0.1 , -1.7
    After applying the +0.3, they're all +0.3 instead of -0.1 , +0.4 , -1.4 ???

Yes, presets contain absolute values, not relative. They do not add or substract, they replace.
