Sony express to a months tria of Sony pro
I have been evaluating Sony express and and I am impressed so I wanted to change to a 30 day trial of the pro version before buying. How do I do this? I have emailed Phase one but no reply.

To contact Phase One use their Support Case system - a managed approach that gets requests to the right people.
You should find a link via the Help menu in the application.
Meanwhile the Knowledge Base may offer guidance. For example:

There may also be other items that are useful. I would encourage you to run a search that suits your own needs.
Basically you can log in to the account you created and de-activate your Express activation and then, possibly, start a 30 day trial of the Pro mode. However this might not be available if you have already run the trial previously. I'm not sure as it is not something I have ever tried.
You should not need to reinstall the software - just select a different run mode.
Historically the trial option has been re-activated with each new major sub-release. So when 12.1.0 arrives it may be possible to run the trial again even you have previously used up the allocated time. Based entirely on the elapsed time since V12 was released I would anticipate that it is quite likely that significant point update may be along quite soon.
