Process
Version 4.5.1....
Im trying to process some tiff's into web size jpegs.
Ive done it before and have the settings etc in the process box's, but when I
'shift' and click 'process' nothing happens!!
have set the 'jpeg', icc profile, size and folder etc as I have done before, but diddly happens.
Ive even un-installed and re-installed the program.
I have 100 images I want to batch from large Jpegs into web size images and it wont
Any idea's??
Cheers
Graham

AFAIK, any processing from a raw converter is typically done from the raw files, Cone documents jpeg processing (I've never done that)....so if you're using RAW TIFs from Canon, it will work. If you're speaking of processed TIFF files, I don't belive it will, but adjustments to processed files is a new option, if you have done this perhaps it's time for a support case...as a workaround, maybe apply the web process to the RAWs from which the TIFFs were produced having copied the new settings as styles... 0 -
As John already mentioned, let's first assure that you try to process RAW TIF files from Canon or another brand. CO 4.5.1 does not process processed TIFFs. That said, I suggest you clear the process history first and assure yourself that no images are waiting in the process queue as well.
Next, process one (1) image. If successful, select all you want to process (you did not mention selecting images in your post) and click 'shift + process'. Monitor the process queue. Is it filled with images?0
