Customize button is missing...

The "preference" button is the last icon on my toolbar.

There is no "customize" button on the toolbar !?

I use the windows version.

Anyone can help?

  Its been brought up already in another thread and it seems its a MAC only thing.
  what a shame although i am getting used to v4 now.
