Default Capture numbering

I am looking for a way to set the capture numbering to default to name and 3 digits. I can't find find a place to set the default, or have it default to the last used. It always goes back to name and camera counter. In version 3 you could set it in the preference pane under capture. Am I missing something or is Capture One missing something?

  Why don't you create a session and a folder structure as probably the same structure for every shoot.
  
  Set everything exactly how you like it.
  Then Zip that entire folder set and keep it on your HD.
  
  Then just open up that session for each new job. Saves you from having to reset the naming convention as well as having to reset your Capture Folder, Output folder etc...
  
  Way more efficient to do it this way I have found.
