Phase One Login Problems - Support

Hi, trying to login to My Pages at the Phase One website and can't get in. I know the email and password etc are correct.

The problem, won't accept login details, when selecting reset password it says it can't and directs me to contact support via their website. That requires me to login with my email and password to My Pages..... excellent. If someone from Phase could take a look at this it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Just piling on. I just bought a new license yesterday and C1 it cannot find my profile, nor can I logon to my profile. However, my username and PW seem to work ok here.
