Have you tried scaling by macOS? You find it in the System Preferences, Display.

I think the OP's not asking for ways to generally down-res the display, which makes everything bigger, but rather to change the sizes only of C1 elements like typeface point size, graphic icon sizes, and so on. Something like that should probably be a C1 preference setting, but I've never found anything like that. One of C1 12's features was (if I remember correctly) larger UI elements, but they're still pretty small.

To the OP: You probably need to work with Support and in all likelihood will be asked to submit a feature request.

Because the requested feature is not available, I offered an alternative.

Thanks for you replies. I’ll submit this as a new feature request. This is important as we are using higher res/larger displays these days and small UI/Icons/text makes the application hard to use. At some point this might become an accessibility requirement for many apps including C1.

I can understand the use of 4k and 5k for very large screens (like TVs) to improve image quality.

The purpose for smaller screens entirely escapes me. Maybe for video things could look nicer but the energy overhead when using a higher resolution but small size display ( and the cost of making it and buying it) seems to be far too high for the inconvenience they cause.

Good eye candy though. For a short period.
