Capture one crash and lost everything

Whenever capture one is being close forcefully, like shut down of computer or system crash. It lost everything. All the imported photos, all the changes and so on. I have to import them all over again. And since may be capture one 6.X, I cannot browse my hard disk without importing the image. It sucks. That means I have to re import everything when I got and upgrade before I can check my old photo. And since your software can not deal with crashes, It means I will to redo the whole process every few months. I know I should be closing it down properly, but shit happens, and your software is not crash-proof.
For the last few year, I feel that the work flow is getting worse and worse with every upgrade. I am using the F-word more and more the last few years.

Hopefully this is going to change before I giving it up. I had been using capture one since version one. But the last few version is giving more and more headache.

I would be very surprised that you seem to have so many crashes and that you always seem to lose everything when you do.

I wonder if you have a strange system problem somewhere?

If you feel a need to make some some complaints to Phase One this is not the best place to do so because it is a User to User forum.

However you can create a Support Case to obtain official support form the Capture One support team. You have not said whether or not you have already done that - so I have assumed you have not.

I hope this helps you to obtain the support you need.
