Phaseone Software not working correctly
Hi,
I have a problem with the phase one Software, when the camera is connected VIA firewire 1394 port, and the capture button is pressed in the PhaseOne software nothing happens, the software can see the camera and the camera can see the software but no picture is taken, when live preview is chosen an audible beep can be heard, so I would assume that the firewire is connected, but no picture is taken.#
There have recently been some windows updates that "may" have updated the firewire driver but cannot confirm this.
Spec is
Win 7 x64 enterprise
Can anyone offer some advice please.

The description above is missing quite a bit of relevant information.
I would start by simply checking your Manual to ensure your digital back is connected properly to the camera (assuming you are referring to a DB?).0
